Another theft by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
Sukjai Thailand, one of the Facebook pages of the Tourism Authority of Thailand has stolen a photo and text again. Yes, again. This morning the theft was of a shrine photo and now I guess Sukjai is hungry.
This is the Tourism Authority of Thailand Sukjai Thailand Facebook page with the stolen text and stolen rambutan photo.
The text can be seen here.
And the nice picture of the rambutan can be seen here.
More thefts by the lazy staff at the Tourism Authority of Thailand who are only capable of copy and pasting other people’s work to their Facebook page.
They should be thinking of ways to attract Chinese and South Korean visitors here instead of stealing intellectual property off of the Internet.
They should also go back and study their Buddhist precepts and see what Buddha taught. I believe it is the second of the five.
Yes, copying someone else’s photo or words is stealing.
Copyright violations apparently are the middle names of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. They have no regard for the law and demonstrate this daily with image and text thefts from other people’s websites.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand needs to start following the law.
