Tourism Authority Of Thailand Steals Twice

Tourism Authority Of Thailand Steals Twice

The Tourism Authority of Thailand is at it again stealing text and a photo.

I guess that the Tourism Authority of Thailand with a 5.4 BILLION baht budget can’t afford their own photographer and someone who can write a paragraph or two.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand Sukjai Thailand Facebook page, has stolen from a Thai wiki and a Blogger blog.  This is getting to be an almost daily occurrence.

Here is the post from the Tourism Authority of Thailand Sukjai Facebook page:

Here is the same text from a Thai Wiki:

??????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? “?????????????”[1] ??????????????????????????? ??????????? ????????????? ????????? ???????????????????? ????????? ????????? ?????????????????? ???? ????????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????

?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????[2] ????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????[3]

Here is the Google translation of the Wiki info:

Khao Soi is a traditional food in northern Thailand, formerly known as “Hong Noodles” [1] is a food like noodles. Add spices to flavor soup with side dishes such as spicy pickled cabbage head, red onion and condiments such as chilli, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, oil, stir in the area of ??traditional recipes as chicken or beef. But in many restaurants today are used instead of pork. Some seafood or tofu, add ingredients. The dish is often not available in Thai restaurants overseas. However, it is common in northern Thailand.
Khao Soi is the origin of Chinese Muslims who migrated to the north of Thailand and Laos [2] Originally, Khao Soi no coconut milk ingredients. Khao Soi called clear water. Later be added to coconut milk and is very popular and became known as Khao Soi style today. Khao Soi is the result of a combination of Chinese cuisine Hynrong. Middle East and Southeast Asian food [3].

Again, flagrant disregard for the copyright laws.  Stealing a photo and then stealing text and claiming it as their own.  The Tourism Authority of Thailand should be ashamed of themselves.

One would think that with the enormous budget that they have, they could afford to take their own photos and write their own posts on Facebook.

My guess is that they are just too lazy and don’t really care about following the law.  They seem to think that they can steal anyone’s text or photo and claim it as their own.

I pray that one of these days they steal from the wrong person and wind up in a court of law and get sued for their entire budget.

All I can do is continue to post the thefts perpetrated by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and hope that one day justice will be served.
