Tourism Authority of Thailand has blocked me.

I hadn’t been online all day because I was out metal detecting on Hua Hin Beach, but when I got back to the Guesthouse, I logged on and went to Facebook.  Surprisingly, I didn’t see any posts from the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

I also didn’t see any posts from the Tourism Authority of Thailand Director of Marketing Information.

So, I went to the Amazing Thailand Facebook page to find out that I have been “dis liked” or “de friended” whatever the correct term is.  They gave me the boot.  I just “Liked” them again.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand Director of Marketing Information Facebook page has vanished.  Don’t know why.

Anyhow, I get online today and see a post from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and want to add my 2 baht, but I am not able to comment.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand has blocked me from commenting.  Guess I pissed them off by confronting them with the truth.

It doesn’t matter.  I can still read their posts and comment via my blog unless the Thailand Internet Police block it.

I will still write about all the BS that the Tourism Authority of Thailand spews out.

The lies about the number of tourists and how much they spend.

The Facebook promotions violations.

And whatever else I see that they do wrong.

I am still able to comment at the Tourism Authority of Thailand Khon Kaen Facebook page, so I will continue to ask them questions and see if I get any answers and will ping them for only posting in the Thai language.

This is actually kind of typical of the Thai style of handling confrontation.

I guess I could create another Facebook account and see if that would work.

Either way, I will continue to write about everything that the Tourism Authority of Thailand does wrong.
