You may have heard the term used for some foreigners (farangs) here in Thailand – Walking ATMs or Walking ATM Machines. This means that they have an unlimited amount of money and can access it via any ATM machines. At least that is what people think. The reason that many Thais think that Westerners are walking ATM machines is that they only see the tourists that are here for a couple of weeks spending money like there is no tomorrow, or they see a farang married to a Thai living in a nice, big house and driving a nice car. To the Thais, we are filthy rich. So, how did this come to be?
How can well educated males from America, Australia, Great Britain, Europe, and even Asia turn in to blithering idiots raiding their bank accounts and handing their hard earned money over to uneducated bar girls?
I have found out the secret. The girls have a secret spray that looks like a can of spray paint. While their drunken partner is sound asleep after a round of sex, she sprays the ATM SPRAY on him.

It is now all over but the crying.
He will give her way too much money for the little that she did. He will buy rounds and rounds of drinks for her and her friends. He may even go to a gold shop or buy her an expensive cell phone. All because he is delusional and thinks she loves him.
She only loves his ATM card. Be warned – watch out for the spray and secure your ATM card.
