After waiting 5 weeks, the television is supposed to be delivered today! Numerous phone calls, Thai New Year, incompetence, constantly telling me “two weeks”, and then promises of last Thursday may all come to an end today.
if it does, it will be a miracle. This was so simple. Turn in the old TV and get a new TV.
Granted, it was out of warranty (by about one month) but LG knew about the numerous problems of “sound, but no picture”. In the U.S., they would have announced this and provided the means to swap out TVs.
But, in Thailand, one has to fight for what is right. Hopefully the fight ends today.
