I see this every day outside of my house. Motorcycle drivers breaking the law by not wearing helmets. But, it is getting worse. Now, I am seeing underage kids driving motorcycles (some with sidecars) and not wearing helmets. The accident(s) will eventually happen.
The kids will get hurt and the parents will blame the other guy. Here are some videos and pictures of the Motorcycle kiddies;
