It has been a while since Amazing Thailand, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has stolen some intellectual property.
But, today, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Amazing Thailand Facebook page stole an umbrella graphic.
Kind of hard to believe that the Tourism Authority of Thailand couldn’t find a photo or graphic of an umbrella on a rainy Bangkok day. I am sure that there are many umbrellas a the Tourism Authority of Thailand office and I am also sure that each and every employee has a cell phone with a camera.
But, then, that would be work for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. They would actually have to snap a picture, save it to a computer, and upload it to Facebook.
I guess that it is much easier to surf the Internet to a Texas Graphic Design Company, Market Share Web Design, and steal one of their samples. Just because it is a sample, doesn’t mean you can take it.
I have emailed the web site owner and informed them that the Tourism Authority of Thailand used one of their graphics most likely without permission.
We shall see if an American Company takes any action against the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
